About me
Hi, I’m Gordana Miskovic — Psychologist & Psychotherapist (MA)
I provide online psychotherapy to adults worldwide, supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally unsettled, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. My work is warm, steady, structured, and deeply rooted in understanding both the mind and the body.
I believe that the body remembers everything — long before the mind can fully understand it.
Stress, anxiety, unresolved emotions, inner conflicts, fear, burnout, and emotional overload often appear as physical sensations: pressure, tightness, restlessness, heaviness, or sudden shifts in energy.
In therapy, we make space for all of it:
your thoughts, your emotions, your triggers, and the way your body speaks when something needs attention.
Why I Do This Work
More than 15 years ago, I went through my own experiences with anxiety and panic attacks — something that shaped me profoundly both as a person and as a therapist.
It taught me:
How frightening it is when the body reacts faster than the mind
How lonely it feels when you don’t understand what’s happening
How powerful it is when someone finally offers calm, clarity, and grounding
Because of this, I approach therapy with a combination of warmth, stability, directness, and genuine presence.
My goal is not to rush you, fix you, or pressure you — but to help you understand yourself, regulate your nervous system, and build clarity and long-term emotional resilience.
What my clients say
Anna K., 32
"Working with Gordana has been life-changing for me. I came into therapy overwhelmed, anxious, and constantly doubting myself. Her calm, structured approach made me feel safe from the very first session. For the first time, I finally understand my emotions instead of fighting them. I genuinely feel stronger and more grounded than ever before."
Sofia M., 28

A Bit More About Me
Outside of therapy, I am a mother of two, and I share my home with two dogs and a Norwegian Forest cat who believes he runs the household.
I play the piano, love traveling, and find grounding in nature, quiet spaces, and slow moments.
I’ve also lived abroad myself, so I understand the emotional complexity of expat life — the identity shifts, the loneliness, the invisible transitions, and the strength it takes to rebuild stability in a new place.
These experiences help me stay human, warm, and deeply present in my work.
